We would like to assure you Riviera Insurance is prepared as far as possible for any disruption that may occur and there is currently no impact or reduction in service levels. we have in place an extensive and robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP), should it be required in order to maintain service levels for our policyholders. This has been tested by having our staff working from the office and also working from home. Our priority at Riviera Insurance is ensuring the welfare of our people, being able to support our policy holders and the continuation of business with minimal interruption.
