Riviera Insurance Shortlisted for 3 National Awards

Riviera Insurance has announced today that it has been shortlisted for 3 Customer Service Excellence Awards. The awards are making a return after a break throughout Covid and are predominantly awarding businesses that went above and beyond for their customers during the pandemic.

Riviera has been shortlisted for Best Customer Service in a Crisis, Best Customer Service in social media and for ‘Giving it back to Charity’, for their work with Age UK Torbay and Rowcroft Hospice.

The nationwide awards focus on recognising specific accomplishments in customer service, whether achieved as an individual, team or department.
