I purchased some Gap Insurance through Duncan at Riviera for my new BMW M440!I am absolutely delighted with the service I received and also the price I paid, BMW quoted me a figure that was 5 times higher than the amount I paid Riviera for effectively the same product. So for anyone looking for Gap cover all I can say is give Duncan a ring and you won't be disappointed !!

Excellent customer service - needed liability insurance and Darren had great knowledge which lead to me knowing everything, without having to spend ages on the phone. He called back when he said he would a true asset to which has left an excellent impression of this company.

Since I started the insurance with them , I have received all the time email asking me for more money , The price in the first place was really good , now because I had accident which they said is was my fault they increase my insurance plus interests. Also I was bombarded with emails from them , every after email it said , we will not chase you again which they did all the time . Now I'm waiting to check how good they are if they ask me for more money , they will solve the customers complains or accident repair?

Absolutely FIRST CLASS! I had to arrange new building insurance very quickly, after purchasing the freehold, and Tom was so brilliant. He sourced the market, and came back with a great offer, which I accepted. He was so easy to deal with, so professional, and so helpful. Quote sent with clear explanations of the cover being offered. Understood individual requirements for separate owners and for the policy as a whole. Would happily recommend Riviera.
